The old national league here had many Scots and so did the Socceroos in the 70s and 80s Hi mate sorry for the late reply, I never personally spoke to the guy in Australia it was scout who knew that there where teams looking for players to go out for a trial and asked me if I would be interested , it was a long time ago but if my memory serves me correct I was to pay for my flights and hotel and if I was signed it would be refunded but I was pretty skint at the time so decided to stay, we all have our regrets lol.
