Back on the horse straight away.

3-0 us.

Need a win to keep us ticking over.

Utd play Rangers so a wee chance to maybe create a gap  from 3rd.

Their only home wins this season have been Celtic and Cowdenbeath.

Have lost at home to St Mirren, Motherwell and Aberdeen as well as Rangers and couldn't beat Raith Rovers or St Mirren in league cup.

So maybe lost their shit pitch home advantage.

It’s Celtic Utd are playing, they could well take something from them.
Livi pretty poor just now so it’s a good time to play them, might need to freshen up the team a little.

Hopefully a large Hearts contingent will roar the lads to the 3 points. Don't know our allocation but it should be pretty generous.

Although defeated last night it would be terrific to follow such an encouraging display with another.

0-2 Heart of Midlothian.

Boycie and GMS.

I hope we follow up last night's second half performance with a similar approach to the whole game tomorrow. Last thing we need is another Dundee United - Motherwell.

Boyce to start.

Good shout.

They could do.

Premonition of 3-0 for us.  Livi are pretty poor just now and anything other than a win will demonstrate the failings in the team.

Last 10 league visits.

6 wins, 3 draws, 1 loss.

Apart from 'that' loss you have to go back almost 20 years for another league defeat at Almondvale.

Can’t remember our last win there.

3-2 Feb, 2015. Was our sixth league win in a row at Almondvale.

Incredibly 'that' loss was almost 3 years ago now. Our only other visit since was a 0-0 draw in October, 2019.

Feels a lot longer than six/seven years. Worst plastic pitch in the country

Anyone know where the closest place to the ground is for parking? I have torn the ligaments in my ankle and dont think i could manage any more than a 5 minute hobble 😬.

Can you park at the stadium if you choose to pay or is that not an option anymore?

There is a car park at the stadium, or at least there was last time I was there.

Maybe contact Livi and check where you can park.

Score draw.

Boooooo. We’re a different proposition this season. Winning this with a goal or two to spare.

Their pitch is a leveller, we'll do well to win at Livi. 1-1 draw.

               Gordon

    Soapy Halkett Kingsley

Smith Haring Devlin Cochrane

       GMS Boyce McKay

Wouldn’t mind seeing Moore as RWB but I think you’ve posted the line up.

This wee thread proves a point on us all.

We have a football team worth the chat. controversially beaten last night in one of the toughest venues in football. Yet here we are talking about our next game. This is why we back our football club. Proud was mentioned as a thread.I am Proud to be part of the ressurgent revolution , it is early days. I see great times ahead, so Proud of everyone who has played a part in giving us a football team to be proud of. I was in my element, estatic to watch the side play again.

Livi -1 Hearts 5

Thanks Jambos

Robbie has to keep the 4 at the back surely for this and continue with the team that finished the game last night.

Totally different challenge.

Doubt he'll give up on the system.

Back to 3-4-3 do we think. Boyce or no Boyce this week. A few decisions to be made.

Boyce is an enigma, how he came into that game V Rangers looked like he was done and got a winner as well as setting up for Naisy. Since then it has been on and off due to the lockdown then playing in the Championship,  still in the top two players along with Gordon. I rate him he has all the right tools. Issue with him is he takes to many touches for a striker. Has a ten bob head and runs like he has shit himself. Very low on the pace and looks like he is in a huff with himself. Look at his stats though , what do we do ? We sign a nippy wee ***** who drives up the tempo, taking the heat of Boycie allowing him to play of the shoulder of the opposition. Anyways January is going to set us up for something in the second half of the season....

I think that's the most likely starters in every position.

I'm never 100% confident about predicting the lineup after a midweek gam, especially one with as much running as had to do on Thursday.
