Correctly called it as a dive but didn’t try to blame the referee for the final 4-1 defeat after being a goal up at half time. (The penalty gave Coventry a 2-1 lead). Saint Jambo Posted October 8, 2021 Share Posted October 8, 2021 When it says he has admitted to simulation, is it not simply a case of him being charged with simulation by the EPL and he has accepted the ban rather than challenge it. Not some altruistic act of contrition to step forward and ask to be banned. I'm surprised the championship doesn't have VAR yet. They spend a lot of time talking about how it is one of the most watched and richest leagues in Europe. Imagine it will be introduced in the next couple of years. These are the kind of things Kris Boyd and Andy Walker come out with when it's a clear dive. So this Coventry player has admitted to trying to con the officials but only gets a 2 match ban ?
