I'd probably say the Xbox Series S if you're not looking for anything majorly serious. Still a next gen console and it has nearly all the capabilities as the Series X but It's 200 quid cheaper. What you're missing is less internal storage, no disc drive (all digital downloads) and the graphics are maybe not quite as amazing as Series X but still a massive upgrade on Xbox One and you really wouldn't notice playing Fifa anyway. I don't know how to do on pro evolution but on fifa, you start the career mode and when you're setting your team you can press the Y button to swap teams. Select the team you want to swap, press Y button and then select league and then team you want to swap them with. Then you choose the new league as your preferred starting point and then select the team you've swapped into the league. Hope this makes sense.
