His name is

St Johnstone given full capacity for their European game on Thursday night.

Absolutely no reason for Edinburgh Council not to follow suit

the only reason being Edinburgh Council are complete tools. I’ll be gobsmacked if they allow full capacity

A more dysfunctional group of arseholes you will ever likely to meet.

See the 5000 bike lane bollards that no one wanted (even the cyclists) and the absolute mess the roads are in.

Utterly useless.

You're giving them far too much credit.

Lord Beni of Gorgie

Jamie the journo was saying on another thread discussions had gone well with Hearts Hibs and the council. Would expect full capacity granted, proviso masks worn on concourses inside

Same up here in Aberdeen, however the council have agreed to full capacity. Too much grief not to in reality

Masks might become a bit of an issue. All that money on CCTV to play hosts to Hibs and Celtic fans wearing masks to hide their identity. Not saying our club, or any other club, can do anything about that.

Does this mean hearts fans will be able to buy tickets for the Aberdeen game ? ie non season ticket holders?

If full capacity allowed they would.

Almost certainly, not sure how many seasons we are now at, but would imagine at least 5k of walk ups to sell before away allocation

I imagine any that paid the £25 reserve would get first dibs on their seats.

Even if the sheep got two sections, and taking in segregation, with 10 and a half (?) thousand ST holders, you’re looking at 5K walk ups. That probably excludes hospitality as well.

Over to you, cooncil !

The other one that ACC are stipulating is a time slot for entry, at 30 min intervals. Not sure how thats going to pan out all the same, December its not going to be popular

Ridiculous if that is even a consideration. Makes no sense unless you do it after the game as well.

I know. Cinema for the first time yesterday, it was noticeable how sensible people were exiting, I think naturally people are now going to give one another a wide berth. I wonder if it is designed to protect stewards at the turnstiles

I am guessing STs will go on general sale once we get permission to have full capacity?

Could get busy leading to the Wheatfield stairs, but you’re right, people will be sensible. Hope it doesn’t happen. Imagine a slot an hour before KO ?

Ridiculous.

Surely they would have to "stump up" the full ST price before they were entitled to their reserved seat

If they pay the balance on their season ticket the seat is theirs. If they don’t then they are amongst the walk-ups.

Hoping the walk up prices are sensible this season, to encourage more walk ups. None of the ridiculous £36 and classing Aberdeen as an A Category game as it was 2 seasons ago.

What is sensible and still fair on season ticket holders?

Reads like full capacity apart from a red zone which I assume is around the tunnels.

Probably be the bottom 2 rows along the stadium for photographers etc.

Just been confirmed by council that for the home game versus Aberdeen the ground will be open to full capacity, presumably that will remain the situation going forward from that date.

So it’s not full capacity then? No mention of away fans or non-season tickets holders
