A proud day for us all.

Hopefully stop the sniping on here. Won't hold my breath though.

I wouldn’t, she’s still in charge.

Well done everyone.

Going to feel a pretty special achievement to say we own our own club.

Wouldn't trust half you buggers to run a piss up in a brewery. But it's a nice feeling nonetheless

Great news.  Thanks to all involved from FOH founders through to every single contributor.  Thanks also to Ann Budge for keeping this club afloat in its hour of need.   Some have words but everyone involved spoke with actions.  HHGH 💓

Well done to AB, all those at FOH and all the supporters.

A brilliant club with amazing fans (with the exception of a few arseholes)

Nice to support the club at a time where we arent worried about paying our bills merely just our shit performances, as it should be.

A nice day of celebration, then fundamentally nothing changes thereafter!

Good news, and a very nice wee write-up by Ann Budge.  The following extract caught my eye. Surely the words ecstasy and agony should swap places.

" ...  helping to save our club and ensuring that future generations could experience the ecstasy and yes, the occasional agony, of following Hearts."

Yip. A collective effort. Been in from day one also.

A quite monumental effort.

Leveins Battalion

Going by the FoH aims and goals does this signify the moment where all pledges are now going straight to the club?

If so that is a massive amount of financial backing.

They should. But then too much ecstasy isn't good for you.

i wonder if the timing has anything to do with who we play in the next home game where there will be a celebration i imagine

That day is a day to concentrate on the game only.

Game head from everyone associated with the club, no fluffy duffy pats on the back or celebrations until that lot have been smashed.

That's a good point.

£1.6m gets you a no bad centre back in todays market surely?

Good news.  Will restore my DD but I don't apologise for suspending it due the delay and continuing lack of any proper explanation for it.

As I understand it, that all changes from 30th August? I think after that we win all our matches, most of them by 3 or more goals.

Apart from FOH s admin costs (which I suspect may increase as controlling shareholder) all pledges have been going to the club for nearly 18 months.

Presumably being largely written off against the black hole of Covid losses

With ST money and fans back, it can be routed to footballing causes

Now where the ****'s that centre back?

I suggest, that each day, we random allocate a member of FoH to be the responsible one for that day.

More likely to be used to repay the indebtedness to AB which has been incurred over the last three years.

I acknowledged the fact that I was wrong in my assessment that Hibs had improved " season on season", that's the second time I have said that, but I am correct my assessment that overall they have made a bigger success since being promoted than we have. That is all I am saying and I certainly have no problem in admitting that. As for the Hibs good, Hearts bad quote, come on.

They had a whole season without Hearts!

Oh, except for when we knocked them out of the Cup in the semi-final.

Imminent = forthcoming, inevitable, about to happen, approaching etc.

Not a doom and gloom meaning among those.

Some of you want to take a long, hard look at yourselves.  Trying to put any negative spin on this is ridiculous, spurious, unforgiveable, stupid, pointless, and should receive an imminent kick up the a**e!!!

I am guessing that as majority owner they would need to put in more effort to manage its shareholding and control the outcome of decisions at AGMs and anything else shareholders get involved in. I wasn't suggesting it would be a big increase but I can't see it would be less. FOH will still need to do everything it does now.
