Still got a horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach, can’t imagine how everyone at the match or those who know him, family and friends would be feeling.

Whoever was in charge of keeping camera's running should be named and sacked.

Disgrace and inhuman 😡

I just could not imagine going along to Tynie and something like this happening. It's always a happy day out for me to go and watch the Hearts, (result and performance not withstanding), I think I would just leave the stadium if something like that happened. Awful, awful thing to see. Thank goodness he seems to be pulling through.

Hope he makes a full recovery, puts it all into prospective..

Well done to those who worked hard to revive him....Absolute hero's....

That's one of the worst things I've ever watched in a game of football. Not ashamed to admit, I was in tears watching the whole thing.  It was immediately obvious when he stumbled that something was seriously wrong. What a horrible, scary thing to happen, and I hope he pulls through this.

He's a top player as well, and only 29.  Life is so unfair with some of the things it throws at people.

Incredible. The medics on scene deserve huge credit

Great news, must be a massive relief to his family, I don't know what they must have been going through, as you say the medics deserve huge credit.

if it was a heart attack the defibrilator pitch side saved him. Most don't get that.

What the **** are you trying to say here?  That we shouldn't feel sorry because the equipment was on hand?

I find the ignore function to be very handy where he's concerned.

That was horrendous.

BBC are a disgrace. Zooming in on him getting CPR, his Mrs at the side of the pitch and the length of time it took to go back to the studio.

So, so happy he’s seemingly okay.

It's his job. You're problem is with the editor.

To be fair I don't think he was saying that. The truth is,they save lifes and should be more readily available.  I personally think cpr and a decent level of first aid,now to include the use of defibrillators, which are mostly idiot proof, should be on the national teaching curriculum.  I'd rather save someone's life than know-how to order a pie in French.

It will be the Danish camera feed that will be distributed to all nations.

However, the BBC can choose whether or not to continue with the live feed.

They should’ve cut to a black screen, anything but what they did. They were quick enough to can the program once they did.

Pretty easy to grab the remote and switch channels.

Some people would be glad of the coverage. To hear the crowd cheer and the medical team give the thumbs up would have given folk hope

I agree.

It is actually valuable for learning from serious disasters or incidents that cameramen keep their cameras running.

Exactly bbc and any others in charge of continuing to show it. Really saddens me this kind of behaviour

From the Danish FA

Christian Eriksen is awake and his condition remains stable. He remains hospitalized at Rigshospitalet for further examinations. The match against Finland will be played tonight. This happens after the players have been confirmed that Christian is okay. The match resumes at 20.30

Cameras running is one thing, broadcasting it around the world is shocking though

I know 2 Jambos who have collapsed and died at Tynecastle. Both games were against Celtic at different times

Are they seriously resuming the match tonight?

Madness. The poor players will be in shock.

Ok if the players are up for it and that's their decision then so be it.

I disagree. The player agreed to be filmed playing football. It’s hard to think of a more personal or private moment than your own death. Not something I’d want to share with the world. Showing him getting chest compressions despite his team mates efforts to protect him was disgusting.

According to Twitter it was the Danish players who wanted the game to restart tonight. If so, massive respect to them, that's a massive thing to do.
