The interview I listened to last week with Joe Savage, one of things he talked most about looking forward to work on is the Womens side of the club. He made the point that Rangers and Celtic and Glasgow City are way ahead of everyone else (think certainly two of them are professional, which makes it very hard from other non-professional clubs to compete) but thinks Hearts can be the best of everyone else. Almost no upside and very little financial return. AK jumped at the chance to move back to the mens game. It was a no brainer. The womens game is more suited to amateur status.
