Hello ,

Who do you contact about a change of address ,  plus my father died a few years ago and I've never done anything about his shareholding . How do you get a transfer of his shares?

Thanks

Head Office a few miles from where I live!

And have recently accepted a takeover bid from Siris Capital, of £1.80 per share!

Equiniti perhaps no more, long live Siris!

How do you go about buying shares?

you can only buy them in way of private sale, they dont have any real value only the pleasure of being part of the club & attending AGM / EGM,

the hearts shareholders association might be the place to ask for possible shares .

To the shareholders association. Not “reach around”

Let me know how you get on if you don't mind? I need to do something similar for my late grandfather's shares (800 of them)

Whilst I know they are pretty much worthless pieces of paper the worst thing I ever did was to allow Romanov to have them. Did so thinking he would do big things with the club, oh well you live and learn.

Unless you are Chris Robinson then I'm not sure you allowed Vlad to have any of your shares.

Vlad to offer for the whole shareholding given the amount he held.

Thanks. I didn't think many sold to him but clearly some did.

The shares are probably worth less than the frame I mounted my certificate in, but it looks damned good on my wall.
