Most of the things I’ve posted are a fact and not an opinion.

Revenues will fall - I don’t think a single person has challenged that at any point have they?

If revenues fall then it is a fact that the standard of player will fall due to affordability ! If the standard of player falls then it becomes less attractive to watch and thus harder to attract fans.

All of the above are facts,

The only opinion being offered isn’t mine - it’s that that increased competitiveness will be able offset the damage.  As I’ve said - maybe this is true in the short term.. over 20 years?

If the OF left the SPL, then it would leave a more competitive, but weaker league than we already have.

I expect, somewhere along the lines, that Hearts (Hibs, Aberdeen) will find themselves in a better place. It may be that the OF are gone, but it may also be that we're part of something better as well. Just what this is yet, is hard to say.

We're no Celtic or Rangers; however, nor are we Hamilton, Ross County or Livingston.

Something will change. What that is, I could only speculate.

real madrid, barcelona and juventus still bumping their gums about this

How thick do they have to be?  They've seen the outrage it's caused amongst fans, players, and pretty much everyone, and they've also seen 75% of the teams who were going to be involved bail out within 48 hours of it going public.  I'm sure sponsors are going to be all over something that will forever turn their brand into something negative.

What are they going to do, make a 3 team "Super League" out of clubs who aren't even in the Champions League final this year, and might not even win their domestic league this season? (1 already confirmed as not, and impossible for the other 2 to both achieve)

Pricks.

Are they not the 3 who really can't afford any financial sanctions?

the two spanish ones definitely. however look at the pittance the others received as a fine. even the spanish OF could afford that

Barca are in trouble, without the many millions this league was meant to bring in there'll be a big financial event there soon

EPL fines the breakaway teams a total of £22million.

Oh aye, that'll teach them.
