Doesn't look like a Rangers shirt. I'd say more Everton/gentian than light blue.

Also, who is the haughty punter on the right? He, or is it she, looks like a Fast Show character posing for the cover of a DVD.

Screenshot_20210625-154503_Facebook.thumb.jpg.8555761d51a6bb1b014bb86c707e3ef3.jpg.a2168c521daf64d3b0fb8af171262cca.jpg

That sponsor looks like cheap flexi-cut vinyl in what I'd call "sunflower yellow". A far cry from gold.

Looks brutal in the pictures and I imagine it'll look even worse in real life.

I feel like they're trying to do a "Leicester" and add "gold" to their post-title kits... but that's just plain yellow. A total failure. Castore needs to pack in the football game.

Their supporters have an awful reputation of being racist, violent and ultra far-right, some borderline neo-nazis.

One group of their "ultras" allegedly broke into the teams training ground after a bad result and dug 11 graves.

The super far-right thing seems quite common among fanbases of some of these former GDR clubs with stasi roots.

Ultras are a different breed in countries that used to have totalitarian regimes in charge for some reason. I was watching a thing on Partizan and their ultras actually own part of the club and have full access to the ground. It's like a firm with a club rather than a club with a firm.

Aye fair enough. I've a habit of associating/judging clubs by their supporters, but to be fair I think most people do that too.

Gentian blue and papal yellow.

The times they are a changing.

Cheers for clearing up the Dresden thing.

As you suggest, most of these old clubs, who represented communist governments, secret police...have seriously declined in the last 30 years. All that's left is a few hard-core, right wing, supporters following a husk of a football club.

They sure are.... even the badges in the image look in different positions on all 3 shirts. Very cheap looking!

Has anyone managed to read what's written below the Rangers badge?

It's probably just "Football Club" but wouldn't be surprised if it was something daft about fifty five etc.

Certainly where the OF are concerned. Club and fans are indivisible as far as disgusting goes.

It says "1872 - 150 Years - 2022"

Sellik fans will be bhattering their kheyboards into oblivion with that one

Love this shirt - Feyenoord. Adidas make the best football shirts IMO. Castore just look like cheap, crap knock-offs.... not even a huge fan of Umbro kits (far better than Castore though!)

York city away

maroon and white

Those seats!

A guaranteed migraine trigger.

I wouldn't be able to concentrate on a game with all the neon, zigzag lines and blind spots I'd see before my eyes.

Never get the headache though.

Was there not another ground/team that did something similar?... the reason was that if the seats are random colours, the stand looks more 'populated' even if only half full ie. if the seats were one flat colour, spaces would stand out.

Doesn't help your migrane in any way, however.

Disgusting wee club but nice colours and made by Umbro.

Dynamo Dresden 3rd kit.

Feel like this is a bit cheaper made and lower down the pecking order for Umbro teams though. Not teamwear but also won't be much of a hint for our kits.

Take away the maroon sleeves and it is basically the same away top we had two seasons ago.

Weird yellow writing. People claiming it’s gold. Also 65 quid for a top seems steep!

Maybe they're made of marino wool like Andy Murrays new tennis wear.

No. That's the irony of it. Coming from a super "far left" authoritarian communist regime they've catapulted to the other end of the spectrum.

Unless you consider racism, xenophobia, homophbobia and anti-immigration to be left wing policies....?

Yeah that's why I say allegedly about the graves thing. That part I've just read about. A group called "K-Block" or something.

I suppose it's like any group of supporters. Mostly just people who want to enjoy the game but there's some groups within the ranks who are perhaps more extremist. And this club may have a few more than most.

I've seen it first hand with Dynamo Berlin, and both Deesden and Hansa Rostock are apparently out there on the fringes too.

I'd say it fits yes. You only have to look at Russia and China to see all the above are practiced at state level.

I don't think much of puma but they seem to make an extra effort for Falkirk

Home kit is good . Away kit is just the exact same as Blackpool new home top but obv in  different colours. It's ok though but it just a Puma Catalogue item I think. For Falkirk in Scotlands 3rd tier  no big deal but Blackpool Haha.

Why wouldn't they be? Collectivism and collectivist countries can be all of those things, look at the USSR for example.

So, enough about other teams.  When are we getting to see our new home and away kit?

Our friendlies have been using old kits, so not even a hint of anything showing there!

Sure the club said start of July for the home kit so could even be as early as tomorrow.

We wore one from 2 seasons ago at Spartans which seemed an odd choice.

you have to wonder what the reason is, surely the biggest selling period other than Christmas is the start of the school summer holiday/start of preseason

I get that pre season starts earlier and earlier but we do seem in my mind anyway to always be around the last out with them.I know they want to sell the third kit well but the home will pretty much sell the same numbers whatever so get it out.
