Салатные палочки Posted April 4, 2021 Share Posted April 4, 2021 It's Easter Sunday and I'm hungover and, although it's important to acknowledge how crap we are right now, I suppose it's nice to have a wee break from the monotony. So let us all know what your favourite kits of all time are. I'll start. Favourite Ever Hearts Home: 1997/98 Such a class shirt. Nice colour (could be a bit darker maybe) and the inclusion of the badge on the shirt is a classy touch. Plus it was such a great season. Favourite Ever Hearts Away: 1994/95 It's pretty hard to find a good picture of this one, so here is me wearing it after the 1996 Scottish Cup Semi -Final. (I'm not Jim Jefferies btw) Favourite Ever Other Club Kit: Red Star Belgrade 1996/97 Home First seen this when we played them in 96 and wanted it ever since. The annoying thing is there was a shop in Paisley that was selling it cheap at the time. By the time I asked for the money from my parents for it, it was gone. I lost out at the last second on an ebay auction a few years ago and the prices now are extortionate. Gutted. Favourite International Kit: Germany Euro 96. I dont really follow English football and probably couldnt name more than a dozen current EPL players but could still name a fair few of thst team. Had a St Etienne one that was covered with sponsors , first time id ever seen that. Sure it had Tropicana across the shoulder blades. Always loved an UNAM one since i first saw them on Fifa , the wildness of the Mexican , South American and Japanese tops are always fun too. Not sure about this effort (bottom pic) though. I had that Nantes strip too. Got if from the Army Navy Sports Shop that was on Princes Street (later it was InterSport). They had loads of French team tops for a couple of pounds.
