Kenbo
Great innings but such a shame. He was my favorite Royal. Some of the comments I have seen posted around Social Media have been disgusting. Mocking the death of a 99 yo who spent the majority of his life supporting the Queen and giving service to our Nation shows people for the pond life they are. Whether you agree with the Monarchy or not, some of the achievements he made in his life were remarkable.

Pans Jambo
A man has passed and that's never a good thing. Nothing negative to say about PP. What I do have to say is that a 99 year old man who lived in a luxury that the vast majority will never experience that died should not be "fawned" over. There will be NOTHING but this news for the next week and then a full day of shite when his funeral happens. Sycophants greeting in public and news outlets gauging "reactions"! FFS! The man was 99!!! I would say that was a good innings.

A_A wehatethehibs
RIP. What a life. Feels like the beginning of a changing of the guard for the country. Uncertain about the future. But nows the time to look back on the life of the Duke of Edinburgh, and look back on the life of your own grandfather. Mine was a miner, had a lot tougher of a life than old Philip but made of the same stuff. Cast iron. They don’t make them like that any more.
