I still wouldn't acknowledge the debt if it's time barred or close to being so. Always called it "alleged debt" if corresponding. Lots of good advice online, www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk is good. From DCBL Did you get the shredder for increasing enjoyment ? It still sounds very much like they are hoping you bite. Intended legal action is different from actual legal action.
