So anti-semitism is OK but racism isn't? Is that really what you are going with here? I don't care, incidentally, what you believe, its a matter of fact that he was sacked from Talk Radio for anti-semitic remarks.

Neither is OK mate. The anti-semite accusations though are starting to wear thin due to "over use". Galloway's greatest moment came when he was summoned to Washington and refused to be intimidated.

£500k grant for all Championship clubs will be brought sharply into focus.

It's generally been a condition of all business support the Scottish Government has announced that you are not eligible if your business "has breached wider COVID-19 regulations/requirements".

If Queen of the South haven't got their money yet, they might be in for a sare yin.

An embarrassment that he is Scottish......or Scottish when it suits him which suits his attention seeking personality.

I assume you mean because he is not for Independence?

Probably means the only reason he is living in Dumfries and Galloway is because of his last desperate attempt to get elected at Holyrood.  After this he might stand for council in your area.  Council elections will be his next stop.

I love how wee Krankie comes out with classing any foreign national living in Scotland as "Scottish in her eyes" but any Bona Fide Scot who does not want Independence is "Not Scottish" in the eyes of a nat

Nonsense. He's an embarassing prick but still Scottish. Still, as a unionist, I'm suprised you have any truck with Galloway given his views on Ireland.

Congratulations on the most bitter ridiculous comment on KB this year! My goodness unionists are getting desperate as they see their arguments and bullying tactics unravel in front of their very own eyes! Wait though, I hear another 'vow' coming along the road.

I read somewhere that one of the main reasons he's against Scottish independence is his belief that its safer for Scottish Catholics to remain living within the union than it would be for them to live in a largely Protestant Independent Scotland.

The boy is a ****ing fruitcake.

Not much of a unionist then, if you don't mind his comments on a united Ireland.

How does me liking the country of Ireland make me less of a Unionist?

Am I supposed to hate them because I don't want to seperate Scotland from a union with England?

Good  lord. It was patently obvious to anyone I was talking about Galloway's contradictory views on Northern Ireland compared to those he holds on Scotland. As a unionist, this must be something you surely have an opinion on.

They'll wheel out Gordon Brown again to tell us all what to think. The cheek of it, after the last "vow" was utter bullshit. Same old playbook from tired politicians.

I don't care about or share Galloways views on Ireland. Infact I could not give a **** about Ireland politically. I just like the country and its people.

I agree , but the people living in Scotland will not accept the lies, bullying and manipulation we had to endure during the lead up to the first independence referendum. Devolution took two referendums and  independence will also take two. It  will be worth the wait.

The cat flap reply is gold :D

Galloway has lost the plot, if he ever found it in the first place. Even leaving the race/ethnicity baiting aside, the whole "I'm more of a socialist than you" angle whilst proudly declaring that he'll be voting Tory is genuinely nuts.

Can we just remind people he urged attacks on British soldiers from NI to Afghanistan too.
Vermin is being kind to this tramp.
I’d like to add I can’t stand that Humza prick either. You can read stuff about him too that he’s apparently not averse to being a bit racist and bigoted to other religions.
Not liked at his mosque.

Not siding with old Geordie here but where is the racist comment in his tweet?

Hypothetically if I am a Celt and I say to somebody you are not a Celt like me have I crossed a line now or is it just racist depending on you who you say it to?  Or I am just old and do not understand it anymore?  #ConfusedOldGit

When you are shown the door, please take your race-baiting "You're not a Celt like me" mince with you.

I used to dislike Galloway a lot but he was right in 2014 and 2016. A sane voice on the issues that matter most so somewhat redeemed in my eyes.

Galloway was pro EU during indyref. But I suppose only certain folk can change their minds, but not real Scots.

He's an IRA, Muslim terrorist loving *****, who should be hanged for treason against both Scotland and The UK.

I very much doubt they'd find much Celt DNA if Galloway did one of those ancestry tests. Probably 97% arsehole and 3% feline.

While it's probably getting into a debate over classification, and ultimately a pointless one, there isn't a celt race.  There are the so called celtic languages, celtic art, archaeology, but no celtic genetics.

Ironically, 'Galloway' in gaelic means land of the foreigners or similar. Gall = foreign.

Interesting could Gaul be linked to this name as well.   https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaul

Thinking that Gaul might nave became Gall when Romans took their people into Britannia?  Links in with the Gaelic meaning because Gaul was a foreign location.

I always assumed that was the case, but am no expert.  Suppose etymology is usually muddy at best!

I just did my trace DNA, expecting to have come from all over the shop, found out my ancestors basically came here about 4,400 years ago and haven't left since. Absolutely raging, I thought I might have had a bit viking DNA or, Eastern European at least. Nope, Scottish and Irish, that's it.
