Jambos_1874
Does anyone have any recommendations for helpful phone apps you use day-to-day (other than the inevitable suggestion of Tinder )? There are absolutely loads of apps and I'm sure I'm missing out on helpful ones for saving cash, passing the time when bored, following the football etc.
graygo
Not day to day use but I find this useful, I paid the extra 89p for the full app. Handy for things like tyre size/pressure, wiper and bulb info etc. Know your car.
IronJambo
Google Keep. It's a game changer for lists and notes.
Tazio
This is going to sound a bit girly but one of the apps I use a lot is Shopping Uk. Basically a shopping list app, type in all the stuff you need and it arranges it into an itemised list based on all the different parts of the supermarket and you tick them off as you pick them up. It’s stopped me constantly getting back from the shops to discover I’ve forgotten something I needed.

If most supermarkets follow a similar floor-plan model, there must be a market for that app to put your list into the order you'd follow going around. Failing that, one that geolocates you to the supermarket that you're in and follows that floor-plan. And if I've just given someone a money-making idea...I'll use this post as my intellectual property

Don't actually think I'd trust an app to get it right, it would take constant updating which wouldn't happen (I don't think)

whodanny
My good lady wife just bought a new set of Christmas lights today, that, apparently, require me to download an app to operate them. I've no idea what it's like as I won't be doing that until the week before Christmas.
Smack
Topcashback FlightRadar24 Sky Map Not all productive but can be fun. An acquaintance, not me you understand, swears by Mobdro. Not on PlayStore or Apple. On Android you download the apk file. Might sound complicated but I'm assured it is easy. Every TV channel under the sun and you can cast them to your TV. If it is the Twinkly ones save yourself the coronary and don't ask how much she paid for them.

Never too early! Just checked a YouTube video and the Nova ones look really good. However, Twinkly's are next level 😁 I'm all for the gimmicks, like this.... You can choose preprogrammed patterns or create your own. You might have guessed I like gaudy shiny things!

Can have on android or iOS too
