New series: Away Up In Gorgie

Question for Robbie:

As a manager, ideologically, do you believe in creating a formation and style of play for your own team, sticking to it, and forcing the opposition to worry about how you play? Or do you believe that it is better to alter your formation and tactics from game to game to counteract the opposing team's strengths?

Question for Lee McCulloch:

If you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, do you need to put a light on? or does your smile create enough light to show you the way?

if so - is a full smile too much as this may create almost daylight in a dark room?

Question for Lee: have you suggested to Ann that we could save money on floodlights by using the glare from your teeth for midweek games?

Question for Gordon. The Hearts fans don't know an awful lot about you. What's your background and what are the key elements of your role?

Question for Robbie: If you could have any player from your first spell in charge to add to the current squad, who would it be and why? (with the exception of Jamie Walker)

Question for Lee - has he suffered any staining to his new teeth while sipping a cool, refreshing Carabao energy drink after a hard training session?

Question for Robbie: how hard was it to attempt to keep your cool when Ozturks raker hit the net? (Fully aware that for a moment you did lose it and become a fan  )

Question for all 3, if they could pick any player they have played with in their prime to sign, who would it be and what would they add to the team?

For Robbie. After performances where the level of application has been less than expected,as has happened a couple of times recently, do the players get it tight?Or is it all kissy cuddly, no losers here, ego massaging?

Question for Robbie.

apart from a new stand are there many differences from your first and second stint at the club?

For anyone, were the penalty takers for the cup final pre decided?

What differences do you see between Scottish football and English football? and what is the standard in quality like between the current Hearts team and your MK Dons team?

Question for Robbie - What differences do you see in Craig Gordon and Christophe Berra (character and playing wise) from when you played with them to now managing them?

Top notch chat and banter following episode one Jambos! Love it!!

It’s now time to fire over questions for the next episode of Away Up in Gorgie which will feature… Robbie Neilson, Lee McCulloch and Gordon Forrest! The coaching team will be talking tactics, coaching, players and everything in between. So send us in your questions, Jambos 😎

Case of Carabao Mixed Berry for the Qs we choose to feature (be nice now…)

Bumping this for any more questions.

We are looking to play with target man going forward as you have said previously. Craig Halkett started his career as a striker and finished top goalscorer from defence last season. Does he score a lot of goals in training? And if so would you ever consider trialling him further forward on ocassion?

That's the new episode up on Facebook to watch.

Good mix of serious and light hearted questions. Finishing off with the one everyone wanted answered(clue: It was definitely Gordon Forrest 😂).

A good watch this. Really like the three of them together seems to be a perfect mix.

Still stand by what I said earlier in the season, McCulloch is priceless for the dressing room atmosphere, what a guy.

Interesting to watch. I might've expanded on some of the questions though...the one where Zeefuik's name was mentioned for example....Robbie said he brought something different and he liked him so why didn't he get offered a contract once we'd got back to the Premier, stuff like that.

Think i would also have told McCulloch to never look into a camera wi those teeth, smile and ask ..."where's the burds?" ala McAvennie!
