Mine came out on the same day as my monthly pledge.

Cheers. They took my monthly pledge but not the ticket money. I will drop them an email tomorrow.

I donated £30 last week but the money hasn't been taken out my account yet. Anyone else the same?

It takes a few days. If you look in your dashboard it should tell you its status and date it will be applied.

Gocardless sent me an e mail on the 2nd saying my ‘one off’ payment would be taken on the 7th ..... and it was!

[ NB my regular monthly payment was also taken on the 7th but I think that was just a coincidence]

£20 donated on top of my monthly subscription.  Great initiative and the cup final excitement is building nicely.

Cheers. It's sitting in the Non-Completed Payments and has a date of today against it. The status is showing as "Submitted".

Am I right in saying it's a one click thing? I did it but now can't tell if it has gone through and don't have an email yet?

Edit: never mind, I just seen it says pending submission at the bottom :2thumbsup:

Hopefully provide some small compensation for the lack of crowd revenue.

Just enter the value with no decimals

£25 = 25

And read it before you hit any button.

Easy

Not for anyone who's looking for reasons not to donate.

Sorry to hijack a little.

Has anyone ordered from the online store recently? Should I just do a click and collect now to avoid delivery stress this soon before Christmas?

I ordered some stuff a week ago and apart from an immediate confirmation that the order was successful have heard nothing. The website does say allow 14 days for delivery though so as Christmas is less than that away I'd click and collect if you can.

Donated what I can afford.

Love it..... Hope there will be a separate amount to show what we have collected as one off's.

Fortunately this week was 2 digits and not 4 digit panic like the other week....

Done.

At the one-off payment button there is the following message: "DO NOT APPLY .00 IN THIS BOX. ENTER A NUMBER ONLY - EXAMPLE 25 TO DONATE £25. IF YOU ENTER 25.00 YOU WILL PAY £2500".

Still treble checked I hadn't got it wrong after dire stories earlier though!

Its been great to see folk putting in money especially this time of year.I think there might not be as many fans do this as we would have hoped but its everyone's own choice

Well done to everyone that has

Maybe yesterday's result will get some more folk more enthusiastic

I just paid in the price of the ticket

Excellent!  Been asking for that for 2 years now.

The amount of panicky emails I got that started...."I think I've just donated 5 Grand!"  😄

Feel a bit of a cheap skate as I can only afford £10, and don't know what's gone wrong but my pay pal account looks like it's 10 p. Can't afford to do it again incase I have donated the £10.

No-one should give more than they can afford. 👍

Cheers Dave, I couldn't attend the game even if fans were allowed so just put in what I could.

I think it's been on here before but if you think about a £30 ticket, there's £5 of VAT, SFA will take a cut of,say, £5 to cover costs and the remaining is split betweent he finalists. So you have given just what Hearts would have received from a £30 match ticket 👍

Got an email about cup final program. No thanks, but on the plus side it’s another tenner into FOH as I would of bought one if I was there and we hadn’t been shafted.

Should we triumph over  the  powers of darkness on Sunday, I will be fully expecting a cup winners donation thread to replace this one. Best leave it until Monday though until everbody sobers up.
