Two high profile resignations from the SFA in as many days?

Is there something afoot that some don't want to be a part of?

Probably ... I can think of three, honesty, integrity & success!

Joke that this clown is taking credit for last week's jammy outcome and saying "job done". Utter scammer. What has he done in the last 4 years? Just hoping that people have forgotten that he is a racist mofo

He was on the bench for the Scotland under 21 game, perhaps he’s left after their campaign ended as he was more involved with the youth set ups?

They are skint -  no doubt offered payoffs to go now.

They’ve made £10m for making the Euros.  Hardly poverty stricken.

Has he achieved anything in his four years there? Genuine question.

National side make the Euros

Under 21s and performance school looking very very well.

Not sure the part he played like but it’s hardly been a catastrophe recently.

What?

He had no part in the national side getting to the Euros and as for the U21's looking very very well? What does that even mean? They're not sickly with something?

Surely he's too old to get a game for our U21s ☺️

And you know he had no part in qualification how?

The under 21s where a game away from the Euros for the first time since the mid 90s.  The SFA performance school is helping assist the development of loads of exciting young players for the future.

Should we just assume he was shit for the sake of it? We also won the victory shield last year 👍

**** me , that is the secret to all success in football , not like some have won it then never made it in the game.

Whatever success is coming through the performance school will not have been from the incumbent of the last four years. Thats as bad as the people who moan about our academy being unsuccessful as its not produced huge amounts for players in the 5/6 years its existed

So has he done a good job in your opinion or not?

A list of pro’s and cons in comparison with McLair for example would be appreciated thanks.

That was the job Austin MacPhee was offered before he opted for Hearts. Wonder if he'll end up there after all.

**** that.

Mackay is probably off to become Corbyn’s new head of comms.

im not interested in a debate about any of it. I dont like him , no interest in him , just praising him for the youth set up is not appropriate. He may have helped tick it over but he is not responsible for it. 4years is not going to see a turn around in the youth system from bad to good. It will be due to work long before that.

Also oversees the womens game.  So you could add Scotland womens team qualifying for a world Cup to his successes.

This thread is sounding a bit monty python (what have the Romans ever done for us?)

Pasquale for King

Realised he wasn’t getting the managers job, probably will have something in the pipeline.
I think it was the under 19s I watched last year and he was taking all the credit and shouting at the players during the game from the stand.
Heard a first hand account of how he prefers 442 and early long balls to the strikers, and made an idiot of himself in front of dozens of coaches of all ages.
Great news for Scottish football.
