What is LfL reduction in salary overheads (excluding furlough) between Fye June 2020 and outturn Fye 2021. 2. What commitment has the club given to Bidco in respect of new loan monies ? Security ? pricing ? 3. Is / are the benefactor(s) donations governed by any form of agreement ? If not, can the Board reassure shareholders that, in light of playing underperformance, growing deficit at trading level and short term income pressures, further equity calls on shareholders are unlikely ? 4. Have all payments to ex director Mr C Levein ceased ( either as a salaried employee or as a director or consultant). 5. Subject to the adoption of the resolution to appoint the new CEO to the Board, does he have a clearly defined role / job description and / or set of operational objectives? Shame no public meeting.
