UKTV Play app stopped working on Samsung Smart TV

I have a Samsung Smart TV and its a fairly new model, however the UKTV Play app doesn't work. Recently I did a soft reset after all the apps stopped working and it worked then but now only UKTV play has stopped working. Has anyone got any tips or suggestions regarding this. After a quick search I noted slightly older models had issues but mine is quite new (2020) so shouldn't have the same problems as other models have had.

Just tried that and the bloody TV doesn't want to know. Getting pissed off with it now.

I’m getting the same problem today.

It was okay yesterday.

My tv is Sony.

I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling again. I have had other issues too. Lost every channel on the tv. It seems to be a bit better after attaching a new wall plate. The people before me did the old one and completely hibsedit when attaching the aerial lead. It was a bloody mess.
