I'm not that bad, quick look shows I've bought 29 kegs with 1 still in the machine and 1 unopened.

Edit: Plus however many I've bought from the shop in Wallyford. :whistling:

In excess of more than 100 pints than myself. Guzzlers, we need more data, please.

So far, I'm claiming lightweight status...:biggrin2:

Wallyford saftey net? Handy!

Bought 11 kegs this year, though in my defence I have also ploughed through a decent amount of red wine and whisky, just to make sure I'm getting all my vitamins!

Anyone tried the Brewdog yet?

Thought it would be a great addition, always nice to see more IPA'S on the PD.

But compared  to Goose, drunken sailor and the fantastic Jaipur.

Its a bit meh..🙃 as unpunk as punk can get 🙂

I’ve returned 22 kegs so far and another 3 empties in the house. I had the machine since April. Waiting for the most recent ones to be credited before I order another 3 and want to try the Xmas / seasonal ones. Anyone recommend which ones to get? Thinking the Leffe Xmas one and maybe the Punk but not sure if the 3rd keg?

I’ve got a keg in the garage I’ve not tried yet, as tott mentioned, it has gone through changes from the original version and it’s not as good as it was compared with other IPAs

heartgarfunkel

Anyone doing the Big Three On The PD this Christmas? Triple Karmeliet, Kwak and Leffe Rituel.  Go on, ruin your relationships in your household!  Worryingly all three are absolutely superb beers and dangerously skullable.

15PDKT - thx Dazo, it did. I'd tried the two referral codes and they bombed so I thought I was out of luck.

the referrals only work for buying a machine - to be fair, it’s cheaper in Costco when they have them

If you like hazy pale ales ,maybe better holding  of a day or two.

Mikkeller Heated seats is the latest beer on the PD.

I've eventually picked up a perfect draft. Are there any shops in West Edinburgh that do kegs? I want to pick one up before my beerhawk kegs arrive

I think the only place near Edinburgh is the day today shop in Wallyford. Great selection in there but it is a bit out the way.

Keg Mart in Whitburn have probably the biggest selection west of Edinburgh.

Two mins from  the Heartlands junction as well.

Aye. Buying a beer dispenser and a pizza oven during lockdown has probably killed any hopes I had of winning the Mr Scotland title. (if there's such a thing)

Aye, first few went fine then the next time I tracked the Yodel driver to my street, watched him make a delivery over the road, then as he drove off into the distance I got a notification to say that he hadn't had an answer at my door. I was raging.

I've had a couple of missed collections before. They did mention it would be a busy time and Yodel deliveries might be affected, So try booking a pick-up for next week. Failing that, you'll have to drop it off at one of the participating shops like I did when that happened to me.

I normally take mine back to a shop.

sometimes a different yodel driver will pick up than deliver…makes no sense to me, but going by the photos online, yodel look like they have a massive backlog

I always use collect+ who use yodel anyway but had a couple of parcels disappear from yodel tracking. Contact Beerhawk customer services via online chat and they instantly credited my account. Yodel are a shambles at the best of times.

I'm sure it's been asked before on here, but thinking of getting one for the family holiday home in Spain. Where could I order a machine abroad and what about purchasing the kegs? I remeber seeing somewhere that the kegs are actually cheaper in Europe, but would'nt know where to start.
