Perth to Paisley

I was sent this article - its from Corriera earlier this month.

I dont speak Italian but the main headline(s) says something like 'although he is young he is already a leader ....

The manager likes him because he takes responsibility during the match'

I do. It says " he pleases Mihajlovic because he knows how to take the right responsibility on the ball and also in the difficult moments in a game

Aaron has been doing gym work in the last week. Away from training ground. So unclear when he'll be fit to play next.

Bologna next play Sampdoria away 2pm Sunday.

Bologna is a great city with great train links to all of Italy. Also home of the Ducati museum and factory for any bikers.

Been to see Bologna twice over the last 10 years

(v Milan and Albinoleffe)

Lovely university town.

Couple of tips when/if you go

1.  Don't ask for spaghetti bolognaise

2. Do ask for Lambrusco ...its nothing like the £3 bottle you get over here.

Very nice city. Historic Universty town with some great old buildings. Not a million miles from Edinburgh in ambience.

It’s a great city to visit and others have said useful for exploring other places in the area. It’s also one of those cities where it’s almost impossible to find bad food.

Harshly booked i thought

Marking Quagliarella at corners and facing up to Candreva - manager obviously trusts him.

Nice cross, looking excellent on the ball - in particular just before half time facing his own goal.

Needs to be more assertive in demanding the ball when in space to receive it.

Bologna are a young team and loose too many goals.

Got this from a local -think it’s from the equivalent of the Bologna EEN

Doing himself proud

Spent a week there either 1980s or 90s we lost  despite a 3-1 win in the home leg.

Handy for Florence which is another great city,  Bologna is great and not as full of tourists.

We stayed in Verona for that game.  Also a beautiful place.

Sitting at the cafes by the mini coliseum watching all these immaculately dressed citizens walking by, very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.

Great to see him getting in about it. He is certainly going to be a massive player if he keeps this up.

You can bet Munich are still keeping tabs on him...

Celtic too. Planning to sign him for nothing aged 38 after a sparkling career in Italy and for Scotland. Chumps.

No doubt about it, they're not silly, they wont let a good deal go by them :)

Sorry if already mentioned, do we have a sell on clause agreed? If he continues to play he will get another big move no problem.

Yes....this despite the terrible performance of our owner and her staff in the running of the club

Only saw the last 20 minutes.

Looked very neat and tidy

1st time in 41 games Bologna have kept a clean sheet.

Next game away to Inter at San Siro.. (not as good as Cappielow I suppose)

Huge test for him. He did play very well up against Candreva a week or two ago which will stand him in good stead but this is a biggy!

These are the games he needs to be playing in and learning his trade.  I don;t think he has looked out of his depth in any game I've watched so far.  He seems to have settled in very quickly.

Sweet. Will definitely tune in for that. So chuffed for him like. Up against Lukaku, Sanchez, Martinez etc. Brilliant.
