Mane out and Firmino on the bench for Liverpool. Could be a tough one today. 🤔

Leicester missing Vardy it seems. Bamford scored a cracking goal for Leeds mind you.

So another EPL 20/21 result.

Leicester are still a very good side. It was a good game. Leeds finishing 11 was the players that took them up from the Championship.

Klopp rotating and maybe preparing for the Champions League.

I think he thinks the league is over.

I doubt he’s thinking that at all. Every team in he top half of the league seem capable of randomly shooting themselves in the foot every match day. Though having said that Man City seem to have clicked over the last few games.

Klopp is clever enough to see how good Man City are.

Still they do play each other next Sunday.

Mane injured hence not playing

Firmino is on the bench though but formation may change as a result

However central defence is the real weakness today and you can't help thinking height at set plays etc will be a problem for Liverpool.....Henderson not in midfield also is a blow as Rice and Soucek are in good form with a fair physical presence in the West Ham side as well

Salah has worked really hard today. Deserves that.

I think Klopp has given him a good kick up the backside.

That second goal was footballing porn.

He's probably right. City with a game in hand are 3 clear of United, 4 clear of Liverpool and 5 clear of Leicester

Lets see what happens next weekend before we call the league over

(Depending on midweek results as well of course)

Was gonna take time off to watch that.

Glad I didn’t.

Bit of a wee team mentality going into it by all accounts but been a v good season for West Ham and Liverpool can destroy on the break

hammers should have had a right go at Liverpool from the start force more corners test their makeshift defence

Aye. Scored more goals from corners than any other team in Prem.

First corner- Took it short 😡

Definitely moving in the right direction but need a couple players which we won’t get till next season

Well Mourinho hasn’t even managed his usual two seasons before he loses the plot. Players out of position, no attacking plan, falling out with players behind the scenes. He could get dumped and another manager to do a better job for less than half the huge wage he’s on. He needs gone.

He’s done pretty well i think but Kane is too big a loss for the way they play.

He always seems to need a player to isolate or publicly humiliate - at Man Uts it was Shaw and now it’s Dele Ali.

Spurs were rotten last night.  Typical JM in this era now. He gets a couple of decent runs in a season and everyone asks why he was being written off?  The rest of the season is littered with runs of too many draws, intermittent defeats thus draining any foundation for a challenge.

You look at that squad and it’s quickly going to be tagged “under achieving”.

He’ll probably sneak them into the top 4 and say it’s progress, which in theory it would be, but it won’t wash.

Spurs seem to be doing nothing more than trying to keep themselves relevant. Mourinho was a weird appointment. Bale was a weird signing. But both make headlines and both keep Spurs in the news

Serge Aurier is now the target and reportedly left the ground at half time against Liverpool after a big barney in the dressing room. I’m sure a psychiatrist could make something of the fact both players are big characters in the squad and popular with the other players.

some of those results happening in that league unreal

Though Brighton beating Spurs 1-0 was an improvement on the corresponding fixture last season for Spurs under Poch

Bale looks awful and needs to give himself a proper shake before his career frizzles out.

Yes. Grim.

Bloody hell, just switched on Sky Deadline Day show and the first headline was that Ben Davies had signed for Liverpool. A good few seconds of swearing about Mourinho being an arse and selling an international left back with Reguillon still injured.
Then I read the rest of it.

Liverpool finally sign a centre back, on loan  Ozan Kabak from Schalke 04.  Option to buy in the summer.

Can’t believe Arsenal have let Maitland-Niles go on loan to West Brom.  He should in the Arsenal 11 every week, the lad is class.

liverpool knew before the window even opened that they absolutely needed a centre half to come in and it's taken them this long to pick up a couple of cheap punts, a defender from the team at the bottom of the bundesliga and a bloke from preston north end

F’n ragin West Ham haven’t signed a striker.

Typical f’n spivs. A couple of players away from mounting a European challenge. Nothing.

Antonios hamstrings go we’re ****** with 4 months of the season to go.

Weaker than at the start of the window. *****!!

2 red cards for Arsenal

Now red card for Southampton player at Manchester United in under 2 minutes....bad challenge and hard not to argue with it
