The tinpot stadiums will make it impossible and expensive. No need for it as long as the status quo is under control. Westwood did same on Tierney in Arsenal game, and got away with yellow. What's the point of VAR of you're allowed to straight leg opponents in the knowledge that unless your called Xhaka, the VAR official doesn't really care.
