Surely it would be handy to know the description of the person incase they were walking towards you or even for member of the public to call in sightings? All seems a bit strange In many cases it is ,you are correct, but there are other cases where they may not be sure how violently the reaction may be, now the description is released I guess all concerns have been removed.
