The Forever In Our Hearts Memorial Garden will re-open to visitors this coming Saturday - and every Saturday thereafter.

Access will be carefully controlled to ensure the safety of our visitors, and visitors will be able to choose from either a private appointment booking (mornings) or to call in during our public opening hours, when stewards will control the number of people allowed in the garden at one time (afternoons).

Access to the Memorial Garden - COVID-19 Restricted Access:

Opening times have been adjusted to enable safe and controlled visits as outlined below. Please read our COVID-19 Memorial Garden Visitor Guide before arrival.

Saturdays 10:00 - 14:00: Access by Private Appointment

Groups of up to 10 friends and family members can book a 20 minute private time slot in the garden during Saturday mornings, by clicking on the links on the webpage listed below

Saturdays 14:00 - 18:00: Open Access to Public

Visitors are invited to come along at any time during the afternoons. Please note, numbers are restricted to no more than 12 visitors at a time in the garden, so some queuing may be necessary.

I had a plaque ceremony arranged in March for a sadly departed friend which had to be cancelled because of the pandemic. I take it they will be rearranged when fans are allowed to return to games. Sadly looking like I'll need to arrange 2 more plaques but lovely that my Jambo pals will be remembered in years to come although the plaques are getting higher up on the wall every time I attend.

Hi,

We are looking at the best way to facilitate this going forward.

It might be that the plaques are put up and family and friends are then invited to attend in an individual group rather than have mass attendance at a monthly service for all the plaques put up that month.

As soon  as We know more we will let you know.

I popped my head in a couple of weeks back and the memorial area was looking a bit tired, there were some weeds and the paving could do with a freshen up. Would there be any spare JKB cash floating about to get someone in to do the work?

I understand. Thanks for getting back to me.

Hi,

When the stadium is fully open again the usual full maintenance schedule will kick back in.

Good to hear. Not a criticism in anyway. Hopefully all departments of the  club can be full speed ahead soon enough 👍🏻
