It will be interesting to see how he gets on next season and keeps the academy players interested with the arrivals of a number of players who will surely be expecting and expected to be first 11 players. Looks like Havertz is pretty close to being over the line as well. I reckon they're a couple of defensive signings away from competing again if Lampard can manage the team well again.
