Well, Rudi certainly isn't a bad substitute to bring on if Tam is unavailable for selection!  :icon14:   🍺

He’s bringing on Salvatori first.  👍

Fair enough. Maybe best leaving Ismael Bouzid* out of the squad altogether though...   :ermm:

(*Disclaimer: I acknowledge that Algeria may well produce a variety of flavoursome beers of excellent quality and that it is entirely down to my ignorance of that country's brewing industry that I am completely unaware of them. If they exist. Which no doubt they do. Maybe.)

Not aware of any Algerian beers either, go next door to Morocco and they have Casablanca Lager, years and years since I had a bottle of that, might try and aquire one, Beers of Europe might have some.

@Morgan

I’m in Italy. Not mad keen on Birra Moretti I have to say.

Unsurprisingly, I’m in France.  :)

Currently on San Miguel though.  🤷🏿‍♂️

Probably Heineken next.

  :cheers:

Alhambra & Moritz are decent as well and there are an increasing number of craft breweries opening up (well were), Ambar in Zaragoza & the Basqueland Brewing Project in Gipuzkoa are two which I've had a few beers from and was impressed with.

Best pint of Italian beer I've ever had has to have been an ice cold Peroni Nastro Azzurro at a small cafe in Rome called Bar Rossi on the Via Cavour just up from the Colosseum, utterly stunning pint, mind it being about 36c hot outside and we were all gasping on a drink might have had something to do with how good it went down, first one didn't last long, we took our time over the second one. 😄

I've drunk Alhambra in Torremolinos and Los Gigantes in Tenerife, quality pint in my view.
