Dawnrazor
I can't remember the name of the show, it was where two high schools went against each other in a general knowlage quiz, I can't what station it was on. Can anyone remeber this?

That looks like the format but it definitely wasn't Debbie Greenwood that presented it, it was an older woman, I had it in my head that it was a STV/Grampian production as it always seemed to be schools from Forres, Nairn, Elgin, Huntly and the like. I know the programme but cant recall its name. Id have sworn Jane Franchi presented it but it seems all she ever presented quiz wise was SuperScot. neilnunb
Was it definitely 80s? Carol Vorderman hosted this in the 90s? Obviously not Scottish either! Edited March 4, 2020 by neilnunb

Late to the party here. First Class was a Scotland only show hosted by Louise Batchelor before it went national with Debbie Greenwood. Could be that. I remember schools like Fochabers and Wick Academy being on it.

The Real Maroonblood
Maybe not classed as a school quiz programme but it was school kids on it. Junior Criss Cross Quiz. It was the late fifties. Edited March 11, 2020 by The Real Maroonblood

martoon
Could have sworn it was Jane Franchi who was ditched when her programme went national. Ah well. Never liked Debbie Greenwood. Poor presenter with little personality or charm. A former Miss England, iirc, but no sex appeal whatsoever. Beige, vanilla, etc.
