feedtheroman2 Posted July 16, 2025 Posted July 16, 2025 Absolutely desperate for x1 ticket to see die toten hosen at 02 forum kentish town, in London in September but it appears sold out. Anyone know of any decent reselling sites?
indianajones Posted July 16, 2025 Posted July 16, 2025 Deftones in early 2026 at the Hydro. Never been to that venue before. Gig prices are wild these days. I suppose the artists make less money from record sales.

Chairman of the Bored Posted July 17, 2025 Posted July 17, 2025 Anyone go to see Curtis Stigers at the Queens Hall tonight? I left it too late to get decent tix.
Ribble Posted July 18, 2025 Posted July 18, 2025 Got the blues afternoon in the Spiegeltent at St Andrews Sq tomorrow for the Jazz and Blues Festival, 3rd year on the trot we've done this and always a great afternoon of music
OmiyaHearts Posted July 18, 2025 Posted July 18, 2025 Got Geordie Greep tomorrow at Queens Park Arena, should be a belter. His gig at the Liquid Rooms in March was outstanding, a very talented guy.

Easy to get a beer, see the stage from anywhere with no issue and the pissing rain stopped just before the gig. Top night and even some crowd surfing from 5 or 6 punters, which is defo unexpected at a Latin influenced jazz fusion gig. Next up - down to Bristol end of the month for IDLES & The Voidz.
boag1874 Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Well last night in the corn exchange was comfortably the hottest gig I’ve been to, sweating from places I didn’t know existed but what a ****ing masterclass in whipping a crowd into a frenzy from Kasabian. Will take a lot to top the energy in that room
the original dalry llama Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 Busy few days for me tonight, Fri, Sat & Sun.

Will be my first Lemonheads gig since Edinburgh in 2007 although I did see Evan Dando solo in Glasgow last year which was a bit erratic but still pretty decent. Gruff Rhys didn't really hit the spot yesterday which is a pity as he was amazing at the Psych Fest last year.

the original dalry llama Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 Tonight at Sneak's - possibly the best double bill of any gig in Edinburgh this year.
the original dalry llama Posted August 26, 2025 Posted August 26, 2025 Another trip to Glasgow tonight to see the Linda Lindas wrap up their European tour.
Henry. Henry. Posted August 29, 2025 Posted August 29, 2025 Mercury Rev tonight at La Belle Psychfest at various Edinburgh venues on Sunday.
Tazio Posted August 29, 2025 Posted August 29, 2025 Hamish Hawk and Wet Leg announced as main stage acts for Hogmanay.

The main set with the band playing 'Come on Feel the Lemonheads' was pretty decent but with a few lapses (forgetting lyrics etc). The 10 song solo set of cover versions that followed was pretty embarrassing. It's a risk going to see Evan these days.
the original dalry llama Posted August 30, 2025 Posted August 30, 2025 This is one of those weekends where Edinburgh rather than Glasgow feels like the gig capital of Scotland. The first ever Loud Women event in Scotland takes place at the Banshee Labyrinth tonight. Then on Sunday, it's the third edition of the Edinburgh Psych Fest with the best lineup yet.
