Was hoping to go to SLF at The Barras St Paddy's Day 2025 but tickets were sold out about 10 mins after they went on sale 😢.  Now hoping for a resale to pop up. Highly unlikely.

There were a few tickets on resale this year and outside the venue

Thanks, he was absolutely brilliant as was his backing band (all 30 or so of them)

At Tazio said earlier on the thread, a real bucket list gig.

Away to London on Saturday to see Hue & Cry.

Saw Bob Dylan at the Usher Hall tonight. Wasn’t expecting much but I was blown away. Not familiar with his newer songs but they mostly had a bluesy feel

to them and were very good.

Played a few old favourites, All Along the Watchtower, It Ain’t me Babe and it’s All over now baby blue.

The guy has a presence about him that’s hard to explain. Great night.

I walked past after work, kudos to the busker that had the balls to be doing a set of Dylan songs.

Was tremendous, wasn't it? Played about 25 songs and not a duff one in there!

Was gutted to miss Michael Head, but saw him last year at Summerhall and he was excellent as ever.

A lady friend of ours saw him in Liverpool on Sunday evening and was staying in the same hotel as him (The Malmaison).

She said he was fantastic and characteristically casual. Came on stage, did his stuff, walked off.

83 years old too.  :notworthy:

Impressive that it sold out. I got tickets for Newcastle on the Saturday night as didn't fancy a Monday night Glasgow trip.

Looking forward to seeing Ricky Warwick supporting

So am I. Going to the Glasgow gig.

There are at least half a dozen decent gigs in Edinburgh tonight. Tough choice but this is the one for me.

Too small when packed like that. Yes, great show, really enjoyed it.

Went to see Khruangbin at the Hydro last night.

Immense. Can’t beat a gig that exceeds expectations.
