A Hibs fans attitude????
Is that what they do I take it?
There will be 17000 approx  available seats if the Roseburn is shut. Say we do extremely well and get 12,000 season ticket holders (which we won’t) there are still thousands of seats to choose from would you agree??

Depending on the price of St's the cheapest Bronze and Silver seats might be taken up by ST holders.

The Roseburn holds 3500 and our capacity has been reduced by alterations leaving about 16k.

If St sales are really poor certain sections could also be closed to save stewarding costs.

The club will be aware of people trying to cheat the system and with lower crowds it will be easier to check tickets.

I hope they do check as I've no time for supposed Hearts fans depriving the club of income.

Can't see people rushing to buy season tickets if we go  down even if there is a reduction in pricing .

If we start winning the average attendance will probably hold up well as the season progresses though .

What do you mean depriving them income. Surely if you buy a ticket (even if it’s the cheapest one you are giving them money).
Better than not going at all which what many people will do if we go down.
You never know the season tickets might be cheap. Knowing Budge though I doubt it.

Looking for a little bit of help!
I emailed the club but the reply wasn’t very helpful!

Ive renewed my own season ticket but trying to renew for my son (under 13) and having a few technical issues with the website. I need to login to his account to be able to ASSIGN tickets to him BUT  - I can’t remember the password or email address for his account!
Any ideas or workarounds - can’t imagine I’m the first muppet to do this! 😂

The website is shite for this.

I don’t understand why you can’t buy a new season ticket through the website.

I’ve also emailed the club.

I’ll let you know the response.

The Treasurer

Maybe not quite on topic but it is a question about tickets.

I have tickets for the away games v Livi and the sheep. If I ask for a refund, who would pay. Would it be Hearts or those two shitty wee clubs.

Or if I don't ask for a refund do Hearts keep the cash.

Happy for Hearts to hold onto this money but don't want either of those clubs to receive a single penny of my hard earned

Every single year...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Now, let's get serious, I think we'll only sell about 84 season tickets when we go down.

This is said every year when the STs sales are on the horizon and every year the ridiculous predictions like 7K are, rightly, ridiculed.

No one is saying possible relegation won’t have an impact but, as the last three years have shown, the supporters will still turn out and will turn out in similar numbers if the worst does happen.

Our detractors are mainly, Hibs and they goons can only dream of a support like ours.

Substitute us for them right now and tell me I’m wrong.

It is said every year, and it will be the same trolls saying it every year. Their usernames and accounts might be different, but it’s the same folk. Would seem like the easiest thing in the world to put that together, to me anyway.

I’ve tried that but just keep getting an error message when I try to login using his reference number. Very strange.

Agreed - it’s not ‘user friendly’ that’s for sure.

If you do hear anything back that would be great - cheers!

Just got a reply and they gave me a link for prices and the stadium plan.

Unfortunately it still doesn’t allow you to purchase a season ticket.

Madness.

I have now sent another email asking what is the procedure for purchasing one.
I will keep you informed.

I had to do that for my son too. If you haven't already, you need to register his account on etickets first, using his reference number. Once done, you can go in and change the permissions.

Worked fine for me, but have to say the TO staff were extremely helpful.

I tried to do this, too.

They are working home and for reason cannot precess new ones (even though they have all my details from previous ST's)

Have to wait until ticket office gets opened.

Going to wait until general sale, Anyone not renewed, seats will become available.

It's annoying but I agree wait until a general sale or until the offices open.

Just a follow up on my communications with the club.

Lindsay got it sorted so I could do the purchase online which I’ve done.

Well done Lindsay and thanks again.

Yes.

Not a renewal.

It probably helped that I had an account which I used to buy match tickets

Same position as me.

I said I could pay now as they have my details in file. Had a ST for 20 years, only last 2 seasons not had one.

But still bought tickets each season.

I'll wait to the general sale and get myself a good seat.

I want to keep my current seats at Tynecastle but don't think it's fair for the club asking the full amount for ST's at this moment in time . I would be happy to pay a percentage of both mine and my daughters ST's  the now and the balance when the return of football is confirmed. If you want and can afford the full amount at this then that's well and good.

Apparently you can pay half now and half in December. So I’m led to believe.
