Eh?!

Thought Bobby did alright other than his usual shan dive for a penalty. But then after Hamilton went 2-0 up they didn't do anything so he had an easy ride.

That was Levein.

Still up for having him here but yeah can't blame anyone for thinking he's not up to it. Doesn't help but I was reading a while ago that a big criticism of this new wave of exciting German coaches was that they're too big on attacking and have no idea how to get their teams to defend. Bundesliga is full of teams with this problem.

Who is going to make us better at CF? Playing Smith there? Probably need him at RB for now. He has to CH's who are not the quickest and who don't read the game well. Two of the things you need in a high press.

Bring Back Paulo Sergio

Taking a red card to stop is getting humiliated at Tynecastle from Hamilton. 3-0 down to Killie before the red card last week. Would be happy if he left tonight.

Feel he could get it right but he would need a pre-season to get his own players in. Time we dont have. We're going down folks.

We need to prepare for the championship now.
I think Stendel could have been good for us but I’m not convinced he is the right fit for us in the championship.

Think he may be the right man at the wrong time.. we have gone for hoofball to try and play like Liverpool overnight

He isnt the new Cathro. He’s the new Korobochka. Clueless selection in first half. Unable to break down 10 yes ten man Hamilton.

Doubt he will stay if relegated.

I normally give new managers and players a decent amount of time before truly judging them and voicing my opinion on whether they should remain at the club etc. I feel that under different circumstances (not in a relegation battle/ start of a new season) he could have done a better job. Hamilton would have beaten us today had it not been for the red card. Another week and we are sill bottom. St Mirren away is going to be tough. If we lose there then we are going down. I'll probably be calling for Stendels to be sacked next week if we lose.

I said thia previously. He didn't want the job now but in the summer. Could have had an interim to stable the ship.

The one thing im clinging onto is the fighting spirit. Cant remember a time we went behind in so many games!

Sadly, he ain’t got it. Has shown virtually no ability to organise a team, particularly at the back. His spell that got Barnsley promoted looks like an aberration, similar to the beginning of last season when we were top under Levein. Before Hamilton went down to ten men this afternoon they were miles better than us. And yet against Aberdeen on Tuesday they were utter guff. The combination of Levein and Stendel have made us the worst team in the league. Sad times.

It's all a bit like Abellio ScotRail (to keep the train theme going). Loads of promises about improvement, then turns up late, delivers little and hopefully like Abellio has the contract terminated early.

Why do people think that a squad that wasn't good enough under the manager that built it was going to all of a sudden be good enough under a different manager?

Results should be better but most if the blame lies elsewhere.

Boyce-unfit,sibbick-unfit,ardvijaz-Why?, langer-unfit and why? All stendel and add that to our shambolic organisation and it wil very soon be Stendel-unfit and why?

Based on what exactly?

2 managers with 2 different styles couldn't get much out of the squad.

Who built the squad?

Still on the Stendel train.

It's no Stendels fault that Souttar and Halkett are soft as shite and have the concentration levels of a 2 year old.

do you not think that should be recognised though and we find a way to manage it.

My fear was always that Budge would finally fire Levein and then hire someone even worse. What a nightmare.

How many league games have we won since Stendel has been here?

That was the players inability not the manager.

And in that sentence you summed up your knowledge on football.

Why does he leave them completely exposed?

Credit where due Clare eventually got the hook from right back.

Worst defensive player I've ever seen.

Smith also manages to make better cross balls.

The style of play is not suitable and that is Daniel Stendel and Daniel Stendel alone.

Stats are worse and that in itself is some sort of achievement.

One win now in how many games?

This did my head in today. Every time we built up a head of steam, someone would do the thickest thing possible under the circumstances and bring down a Hamilton player. Just what they wanted and needed to break up the flow. Must have cost us several minutes of the second half. There were several guilty parties, but Walker must have done it about four times before he finally got the ref to book him. He’s not the brightest, is he?

So it was the manager that was standing offside while looking along the line (Walker). The manager that didn't't follow up good crosses in the box? Aye right son. I think it shows you utter lack of understanding a lot more.

Can you explain why we have a better squad than most teams in the league please?

We've picked up the least amount of points since 2019 started.

It's a results based business and the results are not good enough.

Up until the first half of the St Johnstone game there was evidence of progress, however the last few games have been shambolic and it's at least in part to the tactical inflexibility of Stendel.

If you don't have the players to play a high line, don't play with one.
