Mental health issues arent all down to gambling.

Nah sticking a football acca on increases your chances of schizophrenia.

They are just a bit better than Airdrie, no doubt the bairns will be in tears come the final whistle.

Today our game is listed as starting at 19.21 and all the other Scottish matches are 15.01. Does anyone know why?

It's all to do with this being a leap year and the rotation of the Earth . . . Of course, that could be just be more government spin!  ;)

This - it's a farce how we take money from gambling companies then take a minute to think about our mental health. Symptoms and cures my friend symptoms and cure.

Gambling, does bring out the best in British hypocrisy. The Church of Scotland took strong view against gambling whilst applying to the National Lottery fund. I mean, I get it - but....

The Wrinkly Ninja

Maybe some should use the minute to do a bit of research about the stigmatising myths surrounding severe and enduring mental illness and how they are perpetuated.

If you can find essential zen relaxation while surrounded by a crowd of baying football fans, then you have truly become a Master.

I'm surprised more Buddhists don't go along to football games.

Last thing we need in this country with all our sectarian issues.

Their favourite chant is 'it should have been Zen, it should have been Zen'

Luckily I'm already wearing my coat.

I don’t want to be “that guy” - and can’t deny the Buddhist comments are making me laugh. But thought I’d share this even if it’s just so the one minute delayed kick of thing isn’t a totally cynical farce. I’ll leave it now and get psyched for the game. HHGH

On this point I noticed an SNP thing at the game today but couldn’t tell if it was an advertisement or a fan banner. I am going to assume such advertising is not allowed at games but odd thing to choose to bring to a football game...

Indeed. It's all about awareness, and the very fact that we're here on this thread talking about it is proof that it has achieved that.

Becuase it's bringing politics into football and my presumption is that it wouldn't be allowed because there is such a song and dance about flags at football games. If I am wrong, pls enlighten me!

Political advertising is not banned in football. I've seen trackside advertising from the Tories, Labour and Greens as well as the SNP at different grounds over the years.
