Diadora Van Basten Posted February 5, 2020 Share Posted February 5, 2020 Thought we lacked width when we worked it wide to Clare and White there was nobody in front of them so they could only play it inside or back. This made it easy for Kilmarnock to defend as we never got in behind them. Players such as Irving and Soutar got a lot of stick but the only forward pass was into heavily congested areas. There were times, particularly in the 2nd half when the game was played in pretty much a pitch as wide as the 2 18 yard boxes. It was so tight it was insane.
