Cade Posted February 2, 2020 Share Posted February 2, 2020 DWP have responded to complaints about having to listen to the same Vivaldi clip over and over again whilst being on hold for an hour plus but making a new 20 minutes long "on hold" playlist. Not actually addressing the problem of hour-long waits. Or the fact that it's their bonkers rules and systems that make people have to phone up in the first place. Now 30-45 is the average length you can be expected to wait. Even though it's unacceptable it's much better than 12 months ago.
