James Matthews from Sky was chancing it yesterday once, but to try twice was full on knob head.

 

Edit - but yes, she should have listened to him and then not even answered how she did and just say that " I am meeting with.... no more to say, do you have a Covid question", and second time asked "My response won't change" and not even asked him for a third chance.

Just been in zoom meeting with managers one was saying he is finding this lockdown far more “ challenging “ than the previous ones . I’m sure the 60 grand per year siting on his arse at home may help

Managers and other company representatives better get used to using Zoom. What sensible company is going to pay flights and hotel bills for meetings or conferences, when they can do most of them by Zoom for a negligible outlay?

not everyone is happy working from home no matter how much they earn i was lucky and pleaded my case with senior management and was allowed back in thank feck.

1300 hotel rooms booked which seems unbelievably as hotel groups  were saying no hotels contacted at all by yesterday.

The latest 7-day stats. A wee uptick in the national cases as well as in several council areas. Hopefully this is just temporary, although we sometimes do get stubborn plateaux that it proves challenging to move on from. We'll see over the next few days. Apart from the 7-day positivity rate remaining constant, all the other national indicators listed are still moving in the right direction.

I have to admit that when I made the quick calculation of the difference between today's and yesterday's vaccination totals, I had to head to the news page to check that the difference was correct because I thought "Bloody hell, that's a massive leap". :thumb:

Wonder how 1300 looks in relation to the number of travellers. Aberdeen airport has great links to the hotels there. There are several within a 5minute walk with direct paths to them so should be very easy to work it up here.
