Also Hearts dont have any rights over the design - a black and blue striped t-shirt isn't copyrighted. I don't think the Hearts badge is copyrighted either - many aren't - which is why entire companies like Score Draw and so on can be set up for the purpose of reproducing football strips without the clubs permission.
