Motherwell hit with a sickness bug.

Can't wait to lose to their kids.

It’s on the BBC not that it will matter, we look like we’ve had a sickness bug all season.

Easy tiger, we’ll probably all catch African Sleeping Sickness in a bid to not be outdone on the illness side of things.

Could be a new excuse for McPhee.

Captain Canada

Having watched the apathetic performance the other night, I'd consider a few changes:

Bobby

Brandon Smith Halkett Hickey (if fit)

Whelan Irving

Clare Mulraney Meshino

Keena

Subs: Joel, Dikamona, Walker, Bozanic, Uche, MacLean and Henderson

I'm expecting Naismith to miss out with injury but I'd start him instead of Mulraney if fit.

Berra hasn't been good enough for the whole of 2019 in the main so I think a rest would do him good. I'm not sure Motherwell's style of play would suit him either as they're quick and direct.

I thought Uche was awful when he came on the other night and was more focused on fouling defenders than he was on the ball. His shot was one of the highest I've ever seen in my life too!

I don't think any configuration of the starting 11 will be good enough to win this game but I'd go for a younger team that will at least run around and try to close them down.

Get some of our youngsters in for the gutless ****ers that have been wearing the famous jersey the last few months .
Younger players going out and losing whilst giving their all I can live with , so called older professionals shitting themselves whilst playing fitba I can’t .

If we play the same players as previously ,  3-0 for motherwell

make a good few changes we might sneak a draw

We can’t afford to lose games. Someone has to get these older pros playing properly, otherwise we are truly ****ed

And I say that as someone who hates virtually all of these older pros.

Keena deserves a chance up front because we’re not scoring and that puts more pressure on us and I’d move Smith to centre back and give Berra a rest,Irving for Damour

Older pros have downed tools( boots) . I agree we can’t afford any more loses but that’s what we’ll get with them just going through the motions .

Can't honestly see Hearts getting anything else, than a thumping tomorrow. Especially with McPhee still taking the team.

Groundhog Day, yet again.

Hope I'm wrong, but canny see it.

Prove me wrong, HEARTS.

Only care about Stendel being appointed.  Expect us to lose even if Motherwell are weakened.  Would be good for us if the game is postponed for a year or two.  😂😂

This also. McPhee is just like Levein in that he never plays the same team two games in a row (excluding injuries suspensions of course) nor the same formation.

When players are low in confidence the last thing they need is to be playing in a different formations each game.

They should be making it simple and back to basics and try and inject a bit of pace and endeavour into their game but then listening to McPhee is hardly inspirational.

Can't see any evidence to suggest a positive result other than a shred of hope offered by them having players out.

It feels like damage limitation until we can start fresh.

If we are thumped  I'd be delighted if MacPhee was sacked on the spot and the two Garys put in interim charge.

Can you even imagine MacPhee in the changing room on Boxing Day.

No danger of our cowards picking up 3 points.

A draw would be a great result.

Spot on

Keep playing the first team losers then 4-0 Motherwell.
Play 5 or 6 young boys mixed in there then 1 or 2 nil Motherwell

Either way it’s a loss to nil but at least half of the imposters we have in our first team would realise they are not guaranteed a game!!!

If the reports of up to 5 Motherwell players being doubtful for sat are true that’ll surely give us the edge over them. If we still don’t beat them though.

Didn’t beat Livingston with ten men for 3 quarters of the game!!
In fact Livingston were actually better.
Motherwell can play some young lads and still beat us with a bit to spare.

When I was there a couple of years ago I had to get a ticket from their TO. Luckily I had loads of time as I was obliged to go through their registration process.

I would take a draw right now and move on to St Johnstone TBH.
I just can’t see how we can go through a game and not lose a goal which means we would need to score twice and we don’t do that very often away from home.
