He’s more interested in playing for Scotland than us, he should be resting at international breaks to make sure he stays fit for the club

that gave him a 4yr contract...

Got a knock in his back and felt his hamstring a bit according to McPhee on the radio.

See you in 6 months Stevie

Never in a million years would he have asked to be subbed off if in a Scotland shirt this evening. Great player, but if his heart isn't in it he should go.

Whole situation is a ****ing shitshow.

At 33 with recurring injuries his primary concern should be club football. He got his 50 caps. Lets maybe focus on the day job now, rather than the National side.

I understand he wants to be in the squad which finally breaks the losers streak for failing to qualify (and I respect him for that), sadly, for me Hearts come first.

Bit odd to list both the back and hamstring. I'm assuming the hamstring is the actual reason he came off which isn't great news.

You do realise they're linked?

Back and hamstring according to AM on the radio. We'll know more tomorrow.

McPhee says Bartley should have been sent off.

Uncertain exactly what the issue is with Naismith. Might just be a reaction to the challenge.

Paying his wages in the Championship will be a sore one. Not as sore as paying Damours however.

He knows he is injury prone. As such once he got his 50th cap he should have retired from international football.

Hamstring  is a real problem. This is not good at all. He was playing well as usual but then it goes tits up. Can’t see that changing

Possibly one of the worst performances I've witnessed by a midfielder at Tynie in my life, and I've seen some shite grace that pitch since the 70's!

Tell me we haven't signed this guy long term 😭

Naismith will cost Hearts a lot of money for very little in return. Naismith can also be a pretty divisive figure, there is a reason he was frozen out at Norwich, and it wasn't football related.

stirlingshirejambo

He pulled up after that sublime but skill bringing the ball out of the air near wheat field touch line. The next 5 minutes of messages trying to get across to the bench. Total farce if he wanted to go off he just needed to go down. When he came to go down tunnel he indicated it was a impact injury by the look of his explanation

You would expect Damour to be half decent given he came from Cardiff. A strange one.

Stick him in the Mallory Martian folder for scouting. Boy is honking

Correct.  BBC says he was "clattered" by his opponent. Hardly surprising an injury resulted.

Had his two games for Scotland and now happy to sit it out for the next couple of months.

Do you really believe that? Do you think he is the kind of guy who would cheat the club and cheat the fans? Really!
