My mate forgets that we have first passed the post system and suggests I vote Labour in support of Jezza. However Labour in Bath are as effective as the Tories up north. So imo if anyone down my way are going to vote tactically then it has to be Lib Dem as to reduce the Tory support.

Jezza is a LIAR and unelectable

This is the sort of constructive in-depth political analysis that gives me such a warm feeling on here.

Have a word with yourself.

The local Tory candidate will have swiped it before it hit the ground.

How much does the weather effect turnout? Its pissing down here and as a result I'm putting off going to the polling station until a little later. I do intend to vote however, my mate is so sick of the parties he's not bothering but I think not voting equates to a vote for the Tories.

The polling station gate is literally 20 metres from my house so it'll take me probably 3 minutes max to vote and get back in the door as I can see a lull in people and cars atm.

Currently waiting on Mrs Homme doing her make up and brushing her teeth to do the same thing.

I wasn't going to vote as none of the parties are really persuading me. If there was a left leaning Libertarian party, I'd go for them but the Libertarians up here are right wing eedjits. However, since the wife doesn't get a vote, but would vote SNP, they'll get my tick.

I might jump out my bedroom window, just see what it's like , as a working class Scotsman, to vote Tory.

I would have voted for Boris hoping that it would avoid another independence referendum.

No time whatsoever for Scottidh nationalism.

Nor the disabled, poor, working class, women, immigrants and the NHS it would seem, if you would be happy voting for Boris.
