Can’t see any shocks happening after that draw so we’re probably looking at 11 Premiership teams and Dundee Utd in the last 16. Should be some good draws in the next few rounds.

And this boy will enjoy returning...

:sweeet:

I think he might suffer a hamstring pull while coaching Hearts U14s beforehand.

My thoughts as well 😳

From the most gorgeous spring day full of hope to driving home in utter despair in the snow in April. 92.

Didn't think it could be worse in 95. It was.

All after the bus being stoned in 91 followed by a walloping the week after by Aberdeen.

And there's an ex Hearts player there too

Both 92 and 95 were very sore indeed.

Well you obviously thought it was possible with your previous nonsensical post

Difficulty following a basic conversation?

Go back and have another read, its only about 3 posts. Im not the one talking about relegating them or beating them in the championship. Im saying we didnt, which you're agreeing with but arguing about. Now thats nonsensical.

Im sure youll work it out.

Well maybe.

Possibly you will.

Brings back some bad memories.

Broomfield away in the late 80s was brutal and the least said about the Hamden games the better.

Last victory against Airdrieonians/Airdrie Utd was away back in 1991, did we not lose on penalties to Airdrie Utd a few year ago ,?

Cup?

Game I mentioned earlier in league.

Hearts 1 Airdrie 1 May 1993 - relegated Airdrie.

Tynecastle generally is okay. The bad games were at Hampden..

Never had a trouble free trip to Broomfield in my younger days,. After one game I somehow ended up in the middle of Section B outside the ground, I took a bit of a beating.

Christ I've definitely not seen us beat them! I vaguely remember a semi final against them we lost. Alan Lawrence scored maybe, I was wee at the time anyway.

Quite a night. Penalties scored, penalties missed, players sent off, bandaged heids and 5 goals.
