Been saying his name for the last 2 weeks on here.

Absolutely.

His comments come across that he’d jump at the chance which also leads me to believe he probably wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. I’d be happy with him.

He's a character and comes across as absolutely fearless.

Doesn't take any shite and seems to know exactly what he is doing at clubs.

The plus point being he seems to be likeable and will have contacts all over Britain when scouting players.

Do the right thing and bring him in.

It feels right to me

I thought Gary Caldwell was the man for you ?

Anyway.....

Holloway is not the man we need.

Doesn't sound like he has applied but hopes to get a call. Not convinced Ann Budge will approach anyone who hasn't sent in their CV by the deadline she set.

He can't spell whisky the way we do. I'm out.

He probably didn't spell out any of the words to whovever he was talking to, never mind that one!

Done a decent job at Plymouth and had a great spell at Blackpool. Bar that he’s been fairly poor. Because he comes out with the odd daft soundbite folk seem to think he’s a good manager. Definitely not the right choice for us.

Would need to prove himself to Ann Budge

Anyone who thinks Hearts and Hibs are the same level, isn’t the man for Hearts.

That's right.  Ruled himself out.

Threads like this give me the fear, did a good job with Blakpool but that seems a long, long time ago. The man is an imbecille and is good for a "hilarious" soundbite but is hardly a progressive manager

The Treasurer

Shite manager and an absolute arsehole.

Don't be fooled by his "fun guy" image, has a real nasty streak in him, and not in a way that commands respect

Rather take a chance with a guy like this rather than a lazy, unimaginative choice like McPhee or Jack Ross or some prick like Billy Davies or Pressley.

Heard from inside (a player who played under him) his man management in poor. But I would look past that given his experience and also the fact he would be a popular choice

Feck, no. The man seems an absolute *******. I’m not looking for our new manager to be someone who wins popularity contests, but I would like someone who’s thinking extends beyond the 1970s.

If he has applied, then worth a look at from Anne's POV.

If he has not applied, and is just expecting someone to give him a call, then piss off

Pretty much at the stage now where every name mentioned so far has been shot down by the KB Directors of Sport.

Hehehe.....who was the last manager we had that came with a flawless record?

I just want something fresh. An upbeat character with an outward passion for the game but clearly comes with good experience and a noticeably decent background.

I’m not necessarily into waiting on the perfect appointment which tunes into our ‘direction’ or rigid criteria. (If that’s the case).
