Have to say this was a fantastic night. 
the Big Hearts team doe fantastic in pulling this all together. 
I was honoured to be a guest at this and looking forward to next years already.

I actually met him on Princes Street at the West End the day after we won the cup in 1998 before we went up to Tynecastle to celebrate.

 

Really nice guy and he was ecstatic we had won the cup. Me and my mate got our photos taken with him but it was my sister in law who took the photos and they are long lost - curse the days before digital photography :(

He smiled politely. Remember it like yesterday. Light brown pinstripe suit, he was followed by Paul Ritchie and Allan McManus in their tracksuit.
