He knows the league well and has had Motherwell punching above their weight for a while on a real shoestring budget. but.... 2. As others have said, no DoF model means we might attract someone with far more experience and a 'name' who will give the fans a real boost as a marquee managerial signing. Killie fans were patient after their new manager didn't get off to the best start and that was him replacing someone they wanted to keep. After what we've had to endure, I think we'll be as patient as kilmarnock fans. Probably more so with the mess he has left behind.
