Only 9pts off third...

😊

I know we slated Levein for a comment like this and deservedly so. But this is the only positive of this wretched season so far. The rest of the league is utterly pap.

Still time to turn this season round.

Levein, of course, absolutely must go at the end of the season.

Even if we come 3rd and win the league cup?

We're only two wins from winning the League Cup.

Hopefully he retires with a trophy or two when he does go.

How's my driving

I honestly believe the points gap between 4th and 11th may be the closest ever. Most teams look capable of taking points of each other.  Apart from St Johnstone

St Johnstone and Livi games have to have the same application. No point in gaining a good point today and not carrying it forward. I think they will.

I think people often forget how much getting a run of results makes a huge difference to your position below 2nd place. With Aberdeen being shaky this season third is not as far away as it has seemed. of course we need to start winning.

I always felt next week at Livingston would be harder, if we could win that then it is massive.

Thread title make it look like we are knocking on Celtic's door, challenging for the top. We are = second bottom and only goal difference between us and Hibs for bottom spot . Happy with the result today as I honestly thought we would lose by three or four but seriously?

Following Hearts can be quite torturous

I have optimism about us again, after weeks of misery

Still some good players to come back from injury... what is happening to me!

My view is that CL should be given until the semi. I'd hope for 4 points from our next two games, which away from home would be a decent return.

 I'll re-evaluate then.

This

Its ok turning up for the big teams at home but it's the away and home games against the smaller side that I'm interested in

Sadly I'll not be surprised if we take nothing at the Spaghetti-Had next week

Given the stage of the season we are at, 9 points is not an insurmountable deficit to overcome. If we can get key players fit, get some consistency and actually turn up against allegedly lesser teams I do think this could still be a good season.

Yes! For the love of god yes!

At least then he can go out a hero with the fans back on side!

Imagine how close we'd be if we could beat the shite teams at home.

We need to sort this out.

Been a blight for a while now.

Key to that is starting faster imo.

Like we did today.

We needed 6 points from St Mirren away and Killie at home and got 1!!

Its now another situation where we must get at least 4 but probably 6 points from the next 2 or he should still leave imo.

That was good today but Levein just doesn’t seem to know what to do from one week to the next. We were a lot more balanced today with the team he picked.

What an earth the Killie game team selection was god knows.

We need to get a bit consistency before the semi and two wins would be a good way to go to Hampden.
