Easily up there with the least effective wingers I've seen in maroon.

We’ve no decent wingers at the club. Get 1/2 decent crosses from them every few games. Don’t think I’ve ever seen Clare cross the ball. Look at Burke for Killie today. 35 yards away from goal and puts a decent ball in 3/4 times.

Dreadful. Has no end product. The killie player got wise to him, kept showing him inside and he didnt know what to do. So easy to play against.

He’s fixable. He has the attributes to be good.

We need to get him in field.  He’s hopeless out wide.

Agree. Stick him on the right and let him run at players and shoot.

And people on here gave me peters when  I questioned his 2 year extension

Agree mate, until that run against Aberdeen last season no ****er would have given a toss about him.

At least it's only 2...I actually feared it was 3 years! 😐🤣

There are reasons he is at Hearts even though he is a flying machine...

...because he cant string any quality or consistency together to be effective as a footballer at this shytey level....

We will look back on him in the same way we do Twaddle, Boyack or Billy King. It's weird how he's largely escaped criticism and become first on the teamsheet.

Some utter nonsense on this thread. Mulraney is a young player who like many wingers is inconsistent. He is a lad with confidence issues, so much so that the club sought out help for him last season. The entire team looks shot at the moment so it's no surprise he is the same. Played poorly today but didn't hide. Messing him about by playing him at wing back doesn't work, we should be accentuating his best attribute which is pace and playing him on the shoulder of the full back.

Not an excuse but did have a baby this week

Typical, and our medical team passed him fit to play days later?

We really don't allow our players the proper recovery time.

I wonder whether it might be worth trying Mulraney as a number 10. His crossing was poor today but I think he does have something to offer. Sean Clare on the other hand is a very average footballer.

How many Peters did you get?

Any Daves or Simons?

He is not fixable with the current management team that's for sure. ☹️

Yeah, I think we need to change that.

Mulraney for me is more effective when he’s running at players in that number 10 position.

Own goal.

Just seen it on Alba. Header from Burke wasn't on target.

Austin tells us he has all the physical attributes to make it at the highest level.

I really don't rate Austin as a coach/assistant manager very highly at all. In fact I don't like most of the backroom staff. They just don't know what they are doing.

The Internet

Liked him a lot last season but he's fallen away this season, like everyone tbf. Is best when he drives to the byline and really drills the ball across the 6 yard box but doesnt do that enough.

Shouldn't be playing left back anyway, can't do anything from there. 3 of our last 4 games we've started 3 at the back with Hickey right and Mulraney left, only to change it to Hickey left and Mulraney further forward whilst 1 goal down. Why are we lining up this way? Because Berra isn't trusted in a back 4?
