Already wondering what Nyeeeeer Gerrard's excuses will be should you manage to knock them out.

1 - Hampden pitch didn't suit Sevco's 'flair players'

2 - Kick-off time was biased against the British Club's supporters

3 - The officials were totally biased against the new club (and clearly don't know who they're supposed to be working for)

4 - Opposition's 'physical' approach.

5 - Morelos' sending off was unfair as he only bit one guy's arm off

Any others?

Hopefully we got a 50/50 split of the tickets especially considering we sold over 30k for last seasons league cup semi

should be guaranteed, same as cup final, different end I imagine ....

Hopefully they'll just open up the semi tickets to everyone with a purchase history from the start. Need to encourage as many of us through as possible.

The EEN article just repeats what the Sun said (and acknowledges this as its source) so nothing really new, hopefully an offishul announcement today

My bad sorry.

Strange posting 3pm Sunday when it hasn't been confirmed, or even mentioned in the article.

We don't and won't need an equal split we will probably take no more than 15k.

Think the powers that be will want yo avoid the flak they got last season when Aberdeen demanded a 50/50 split and only sold about 14k, leaving Rangers fuming. 😁

Guess we'll probably get an initial allocation and if we've not sold them by a certain time then Rangers will be given the rest.

And costing Hearts a few quid.

If we’re not taking 50% of tickets I’ll be fuming.

Why?

We won’t sell them and our end will look empty

Hope it's not Sunday at 3pm as I've got to get back to London after the match.  Not sure I can even go if it's then.  Lunchtime kick-off please.

A few folk on Twitter suggesting it is

Thought Police

We’ll get half the allocation, but be told to sell them in certain parts of the stadium initially, and then any unsold will go to Rangers.

At least 20,000 Hearts fans should be up for a 3pm kick off in Glasgow though.

They are only getting sections C and D of north

The north stand only has sections C & D.

We should be in the West due to having to travel further and being closer to Mount Florida.

Daily record reporting that we are only getting the East stand & part of the South stand. Rangers to be given West, North & part of the South stand. A wee bit unfair I think considering the two semi finals we were in last season & of course the Scottish Cup Final...... Glasgow bias........

I presume Hibs will be getting a similar allocation for their game.

Yeah they are getting shafted as well.

Think you, and others, are being a bit optimistic regarding how many we’ll shift for this. I may be wrong but, considering tickets were available right up to the SC Final, I don’t think we’ll sell half. I’ll take an educated guess now and say 16k.

You're spot on Boab cause it's how I am in life, glass half full.

Our support at the Aberdeen match remained optimistic to the very end and in so doing were positive and helped facilitate a successful outcome. Should our results continue to be positive then our support's optimism will lead to increased ticket sales for the SF due to increased belief.

All ifs, buts and maybes but, as a support, we've been too long in the doldrums and I for one refuse to remain there.

Optimism breeds positivity and belief, both of which we need more of.

Yep and any additional tickets offered to both ourselves & Hibs will be the £30 or £35 tickets by the looks of it.

North or maybe another section in South Stand will be extra if we can sell more but will be a cut off till they go to Rangers.

Lord Beni of Gorgie

Sell our tickets, the deal will be exactly the same as them. Its that simple, down to the Hearts fans to buy them. Sunday 3pm, surely nothing to prevent us selling 17k and taking another 8k

It's not possible to give only a part of the North due to the way it was designed.
