Controversial poll

147 members have voted

  1. 1. Test the JKB current feeling.

    • A close defeat to Hibs on Sunday which means Craig Levein gets sacked/resigns.
    • A draw or a win for Hearts at Easter Road on Sunday and Craig Levein carries on in his position as is.

Any Hearts fan who wants Hibs to win is thick as ****.

Nobody WANTS Hibs to win mate but I could ACCEPT it if it meant he goes.

Been going to Hearts games since 1984 so I have seen a few derbies. Mostly wins but a few defeats. Doesnt make them better  than us.

Lets be honest. Hearts are in CRISIS right now. Lets just call it what it is.

I'd rather cut my knob off with a rusty razor blade than hope for anything but a Hearts win, no matter what the options are.

Last thing you would want after doing that is an infection!

I would take the short term pain of a Derby defeat for the long term gain of a new management regime.  If we win on Sunday that could be the catalyst for another 5+ games in charge we could then see us lose the Quarter final and the season essentially completely over before end of November.

You are naive if you think losing any games will bring about Craig getting the boot. He’s in the safest job in football. Bombproof

He really needs to go before the end of today.

Agree .......... but honestly think we will be saying the same thing in two weeks time.

Unfortunately, I agree. If he's still here next year, I can't see there being much uptake of season tickets.

Think we will have more immediate problems....... relegation battle for one.

Hearts could lose 5-1 on Sunday and Levein still won’t go. He’s on a nice wee number at Hearts. No pressure from a boss, no targets, no worries.

It’ll be interesting to see who votes in this poll.

Or more pertinently, who doesn’t.

I’m not voting as my choice of win and sack him, lose and sack him isn’t there as an option

Agree..    there is no possible situation in football that would justify supporting a Hearts loss

I certainly won’t be renewing.

went against my better judgement this season and wish to f. Uck I hadn’t.

i won’t make the same mistake next season if he’s there.

What a question , whatever the outcome of the managerial situation , I could never want Hibs to beat us or even draw with them. I want to and expect to beat them in every game we play against them

I am the same. Gave my ticket away for the Well game.

It would be comical if we draw and both managers are punted.

I want him gone. If it means losing a derby, I wouldn't choose necessarily to lose it now but if we do in fact lose it I wouldn't be overly bothered if it means CL is gone AND WE HAVE A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT.

So let's make it a bigger crisis.

Let's hope that we lose to Hibs and go FIVE POINTS behind them.

Perhaps if we are tailed off in the league CL will finally chuck the towel in and go.

An awful lot of perhaps in there.

The only thing certain is that a win for Hearts moves us out of bottom place in the league.

Too many folks playing politics wishing for a Hibs win should be banned imo.

No Hearts fan can possibly want Hibs to win. As regards CL what will be will be.

A bigger crisis? How can it be bigger? The game would mean our worst run of results EVER but Nobody is WISHING for a Hibs win here.

If we win I will be celebrating as usual but a defeat would surely be the straw that broke the camels back as far as CL is concerned.

This poll is so skewed. I will never want Hearts to do anything but demolish Hibs. Regardless of the score on Sunday, including if we win 8-0, I want Levein gone.

I do fear that Sunday could be abysmal, and if so, not only will Levein be finished at Hearts but so will many of the players.

Win and he should still go.

This. Exactly 2 years ago Kilmarnock were in a worse position than we are in now, changed their manager, and finished fifth, 10 points ahead of us.

Levein needs to leave before the Derby.

And leave it to Daly, Fox and MacPhee who are equally culpable?

This is should be his last game, win, lose or draw and after that the whole lot of them should go.

Lord Beni of Gorgie

Memory is not so good as it was.

Did we go into the Mercer derby at the Giro, with Sandy Clark caretaker after Doddy had been axed following a League Cup debacle at Pittodrie?

Not quite symmetry but uncanny we have a derby and a LC QF with Aberdeen ahead. Craig will understand he played in those matches

Bazzas right boot

Out of the 2, option 2.

A win not only gets us of the bottom, but puts us above hibs.

Any hibs watching, let that sink in. Worst run in our history and a win puts us obove them.

Never want us beat.

Having said that, if we beat hibs we'd need to follow it up with wins v St mirren and Aberdeen, do that and suddenly things look OK, but I still can't see how CL turns this  around atm tho.

Hearts win is the only choice.

 Your memory is good.

The bold Craig scored in the Mercer Derby.

Anyone that thinks we will win next Sunday is deluded. The players looks all over the place. Hibs might be bad but they are not as bad as us at the current moment I am afraid.
